Over the last two weeks, we shipped three updates that turn conversations into booked jobs. Cira can schedule work right on the call, ask each caller the questions you care about, and greet your regulars like it knows them. Here's what's new.

Cira books the job right on the call

Before, Cira could text a caller your booking link. Now it can book the appointment while they're still on the phone.

Cira checks your calendar for the soonest opening, offers a time, and locks it in during the call. If the caller would rather pick a time later, Cira can still send the link. Their choice.

Once the job is booked, the customer gets a text or email confirmation. No wondering whether it went through.

You stay in control of it all. You set how many jobs you take in a day, which times are open, and whether new bookings need your okay first. Every appointment lands in your dashboard, where you can approve, reschedule, or cancel in one place.
