I spent over ten years as a cybersecurity CTO. My teams built software that helped large enterprises and government agencies understand their true risk posture. That insight let them make smarter decisions to prevent the world's most serious attacks.

Then one day talking with my sister-in-law, who runs a house-cleaning company, I discovered a new problem that grabbed my attention. She told me she was losing jobs because she couldn't pick up the phone while working. I started talking to other small-business owners and heard the exact same problem again and again.

So I walked away from cybersecurity. I founded Crafted Labs with my co-founder to give every small business simple AI tools that remove daily headaches and let owners get back to the work they actually love.
