Sync your calendar and get help without leaving the app

We spent the last couple weeks on the small stuff that saves you real time. Your calendar now talks to Cira. Help lives right inside the app. And Chat with Cira remembers what you talked about last time. Here's what shipped.

Your calendar and Cira, finally in sync

You can now connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to Cira.

Once it's connected, every job Cira books shows up on your calendar on its own. No copying appointments over. No flipping between two screens. The job lands where you already look.

It works the other way too. Before Cira books anyone, it checks your calendar first. If you're already blocked off, Cira won't double-book you. It offers the caller another time instead.

So the appointments you make yourself and the ones Cira books all live in one place. You see your real day at a glance, and nobody ends up with two trucks at the same house.

Help you can find right where you're working

There's now a help center built right into the app.

Look for the little question mark next to a setting. Click it and you get a short, plain guide for that exact screen. No digging through email. No guessing which button does what.

You can also browse the docs any time to learn how a feature works before you turn it on. It's the fastest way to set things up and get back to the job.

Chat with Cira now remembers your past chats

Chat with Cira is where you tune your receptionist by just talking to it, like "update my hours" or "add a question about pricing."

Now those chats stick around. Open your chat history to see everything you've asked before. Jump back into any conversation and keep going right where you left off. Rename the ones you want to find later, and delete the ones you don't need.

That means you don't have to start over or re-explain yourself every time. Ask once, come back later, pick up the thread.
