A built-in CRM for every caller

Cira now keeps a contact record for each person who calls you. When the phone rings, Cira links that call to the right customer. So when you open your inbox, you can see who called and why, without jumping to a separate tool.

That means you know at a glance if it's a brand-new lead or a repeat customer before you call back. All their past calls, phone numbers, and notes sit in one place.

You can also build and clean up your list just by chatting with Cira. Ask it to find a customer, create a new contact, or add a note, and it does it for you. No forms to hunt through. Type it the way you'd say it, and Cira takes care of the rest.

Scan a business card to add a contact

Get handed a business card at a job site? Snap a photo of it. Cira reads the name and phone number and creates a new contact for you.

No typing the details in one field at a time. It's a fast way to build your customer list while you're out on the job, so the card doesn't end up lost in your truck's cup holder.

Download your call recordings

You can now download the audio of any call straight from your inbox. Save it to your computer, send it to a teammate who needs the full story, or just keep it for your records.

It's handy when you want a second set of ears on a call, or when you want proof of exactly what was said. The recording is yours to keep.
