Now Cira can talk to callers in their own language, handle bookings more smoothly whether someone calls or texts, and keep your contact list in sync with the tools you already use. Here's what's new.

Cira speaks your customers' language

Not every customer's first language is English. Now Cira can meet them where they are.

You choose which languages your receptionist speaks. Turn on Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Vietnamese, or any of more than a dozen options. When a caller speaks one of them, Cira switches and keeps the whole conversation in their language. On calls and on texts.

For you, that means fewer callers who hang up because they couldn't be understood. A Spanish-speaking customer gets the same helpful answers and booked jobs as everyone else. And you don't have to hire a bilingual receptionist to make it happen.

English stays on by default. Add the languages your customers actually speak, and leave the rest off. You stay in control of who Cira can talk to.

Booking that just works, by phone or text

Cira already books jobs on the call and over text. This update makes it better at knowing when a caller wants one.

People don't always say the word "book." They might just mention a service, a job, or the kind of work they need. Now Cira picks up on that and offers to schedule, instead of launching into a long explanation.

When a caller clearly wants an appointment, Cira gets right to it. No repeating the same question back to them. It checks your calendar and offers the soonest opening.

And if a caller asks for something by a name that isn't quite clear, Cira double-checks which service they mean before it books. So the right job lands on your calendar, not a mix-up you have to sort out later.

It works the same whether someone calls or texts. More booking chances caught. Fewer mistakes. More jobs on your schedule.

Keep your contacts and locations in sync

Cira now lets you manage your contacts and your business locations through its API. You can add and update the people who call you, and keep more than one location organized, without doing it all by hand. Cira also keeps phone numbers clean, so you don't end up with the same customer listed twice.

Most owners won't touch this directly, and that's fine. But if you work with a developer or a marketing agency, they can connect Cira to the tools you already use. Your customer list stays current everywhere, on its own.
