Cira now holds typed Web Chat conversations, runs real two-way text threads, and keeps your call inbox clean with archive and quick filters.

Not everyone who needs you wants to pick up the phone. Some folks would rather type. This update gives Cira two new ways to talk to your customers in their own words, plus a cleaner inbox so the real leads are easy to find. Here's what's new.

A receptionist that types back on Web Chat

Some people who land on your website aren't ready to call. They just want to type a quick question while they look around. Until now, they had to reach for the phone or leave.

Now Cira can chat with them right there.

Cira holds a real typed conversation, answering word by word like a live chat. A visitor asks a question, and Cira replies in a clean, easy-to-read Web Chat layout. It works just like it does on a call. Cira explains what you do, answers common questions, and points people toward booking a job.

It's one more way to catch someone who would have clicked away. And it runs day or night, so a visitor at 11 PM still gets answered while you sleep.

Real back-and-forth text conversations

Texting isn't one-and-done. A customer asks a question, you answer, they ask another. Now Cira can handle that whole back-and-forth for you.
