Cira answers your hours, manages your FAQs, and writes cleaner call summaries

Cira now answers callers about your hours for any date, lets you manage FAQs by chatting, and pulls the key questions and answers into every summary.
The little things add up. Over the last couple of weeks we made Cira better at three of them: knowing your hours, keeping your answers up to date, and telling you what happened on a call. Here is what is new and why it helps you book more jobs.
Your receptionist always knows your hours
Callers ask about your hours all the time. "Are you open right now?" "Are you open Saturday?" You want Cira to get that right every time.
Now it does. When a caller asks, Cira checks your real business hours and answers on the spot. It knows if you are open right now, and it can answer about a specific day too. If someone asks about Saturday, Cira tells them your Saturday hours, not your Monday ones.
You can also set special hours for holidays and one-off days. Closing early the day before Thanksgiving? Set it once, and Cira tells callers the right thing. And when you are open but about to close soon, Cira gives the caller a friendly heads-up so they know to hurry over or call back.
Fewer wrong answers. Fewer callers showing up to a locked door. More trust in the voice answering your phone.
Manage your FAQs just by chatting with Cira
Your answers change. New prices. A service you dropped. A question you keep getting. You should be able to update what Cira tells callers without hunting through a settings menu.
Now you can. Just chat with Cira. Ask it to add a new answer, change one you already have, or show you what you have got. Cira lays your FAQs right there in the chat, so you can read them and fix them in seconds.
Say "add an FAQ that says we do not service commercial buildings," and it is done. Want to clean one up or take it away? Cira shows you the change before it sticks, so nothing gets removed by accident.
The upshot: the answers your callers hear stay current, and keeping them that way takes seconds, not a trip through your settings.
Cleaner call summaries with question-and-answer highlights
After a call, you want to know what happened fast. Not read a wall of text.
Now your call summaries pull out the key questions and answers from the conversation. The details you told Cira to collect show up as clean question-and-answer pairs, in the caller's own words. You can skim a summary and know the whole story in a few seconds, then act on it.
We also cut the noise. When a caller hangs up without saying a word, there is nothing to summarize, so Cira skips it. And if you would rather not get a text or email for those silent hang-ups at all, there is a new switch in your notification settings to turn them off.
The result is an inbox full of summaries worth reading, and alerts that only fire when something actually needs you.
