Cira learns your business and covers every location

Cira now answers callers from your own documents, gives every location its own phone number, and records and transcribes every call it handles.

We spent the last couple of weeks making Cira smarter about your business and easier to run as you grow. Three updates shipped. Cira can now answer callers from your own documents, handle more than one location, and record and write down every call it takes. Here is what is new and why it helps you book more jobs.

Cira answers from your own business info

Every business has details that live in a document somewhere. Your price sheet. Your service list. Warranty terms. What you do and what you do not. Now you can upload those files, and Cira will use them to answer callers.

Upload a PDF, a Word doc, or a text file, and Cira reads it. When a caller asks a question, Cira pulls the answer straight from your real info instead of guessing or just taking a message. That means fewer callbacks for you and faster, more accurate answers for them. A caller who gets a straight answer is a caller who books.

Run more than one location? Each one gets its own documents. Someone who calls your north shop hears the north shop's answers. Someone who calls your south shop hears the south shop's. No mix-ups.

Run every location from one place

If you run more than one location, or you want more than one receptionist, Cira now keeps them all straight.

Switch between locations from a dropdown in the sidebar. Each location keeps its own settings, so the hours, services, and greeting stay right for that spot. No more editing one place and breaking another.

You can also set up more than one receptionist and give each one its own phone number. That is handy when you want a separate line for a new crew, a second location, or a specific type of job. Each line answers the way you want it to.

And when you open your call inbox, you can now filter by receptionist. See just the calls that came in on one line instead of scrolling through all of them. Less digging, more time on the work that pays.

Every call is recorded and written down

Every call Cira answers is now recorded and turned into a transcript.

Need to double-check an address or a price a caller mentioned? Listen back or read the transcript. Nothing gets lost to a busy day or a bad memory. It is also a record you can point to if a customer ever remembers a conversation differently than you do.

Here is the part we are most proud of. Even if a call drops or gets cut off in the middle, Cira still saves the recording and transcript up to that point. You keep the caller's name and details, so you can follow up and win the job, instead of starting from nothing.
